During the Joseon Dynasty, rice bran water was used as today's tonic and was called beauty water, used for beautiful skin. Rice bran is rich in amino acids and minerals, helping to hydrate dry skin.
Alpha-Arbutin 2% Alpha-Arbutin works by inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase which limits the production of melanin in your skin. It is also known to have 10 times the effect of regular beta-arbutin.
How to use it ?
