Delivery Information

For France :

Our order processing times are 8 to 10 days (excluding weekends). Once the order has been processed and shipped you should receive a shipping confirmation email.

As for delivery, we try to guarantee delivery within 48 working hours for France. However, this deadline can be extended by 1 day or 2 as demand is very high and stocks are limited.

Once your tracking number has been received, please enter it on the Colis Privé website (for home delivery) or Mondial Relay (for relay point delivery).

For shipping within the European Union & Internationally:

The processing procedure remains the same for the European Union, however the delivery time is 4 working days.

For International, the processing time remains the same but delivery can take 5 to 10 days depending on your location on the globe.
